Transferring a call on desk phone

Warm Transfer:

  1. While on an active call, press the Transfer soft key.
  2. Dial the number of the other party.
  3. When the destination party answers, provide the information, and confirm that they would like to take the call.
  4. Press the Transfer soft key.

Blind Transfer:

  1. While on an active call, press the Transfer soft key.
  2. Press the B transfer soft key.
  3. Dial the extension of the other party.
  4. Press the Transfer soft key.

 

Transferring a call on 3CX web client

Warm transfer:

  1. During a call, press the “Att Transfer” button.
  2. Dial the number of the other party.
  3. Confirm with the other party that you can transfer them over.
  4. Press “Join” to transfer

 

Blind Transfer

  1. During a call, press “Transfer”
  2. Enter the extension of the party you are looking to contact.
  3. Your phone will hang up and the call will transfer to the other user.
